1-2-1 sessions at home

£60-1hr

This plan would be perfect for you if:

  • Gyms are too intimidating or crowded for you;

  • You work from home and don’t want to lose time travelling to and from the gym;

  • You prefer to do exercise in the comfort and privacy of your home.

  • Do not worry if there is no gym equipment in your house. I always carry some basic equipment with me, and will implement your body weight into our routines. All we really need is some space to move and feel comfortable!

1-2-1 sessions at the gym

£55-1hr

This plan would be perfect for you if:

  • You like the gym environment, boosts your motivation and focus.

  • You prefer the variety that gym equipment can offer to our workouts.

  • You already have a decent fitness level, and want help to move to the next one.

Located at the Heath Hospital gym, I offer a quiet and private space equipped with everything we will need for our workouts. Free parking just outside, easy access and no membership fees so you can enjoy a seamless training experience focused entirely on your goals.

FAQ’s

How many sessions should I do per week?

This would be entirely dependant on your availability and how much you are able to commit to the workouts. In my opinion, everybody should do between 3-5 days of exercise per week to be healthy and strong, and I would encourage you to not only work out with me but to push yourself separately with guidance I have provided you.

How long will I need to start seeing results?

This is the million dollar question. It depends really on your goals, and the effort you are able to put in. If you commit to 3-4 sessions, and push yourself in the gym, and change your diet you will clearly see results quicker! But I appreciate that life gets in the way and we all have other commitments and priorities. What I promise is that your body and mind will begin to change from the first moment, and even though you may not see the results immediately you will nevertheless feel them.

I recommend to people of all ages that they should do some form of exercise, as it has such an array of benefits beyond simply improving your physique, but improving your mood too, your circulation and sleep patterns, your energy levels, balancing your hormones, preventing diseases, reducing your visceral fat, making your heart, lungs and bones stronger, and of course a sense of achievement!
