Pilates played a significant role in my postpartum recovery, helping me regain strength and build the confidence to properly return to the gym and lift heavy weights again.
I have the privilege to have a diverse group of clients coming to my clases every week, including professional ballet dancers, cricketers, tennis players, boxers, and individuals who simply enjoy a physical challenge. They all experience the benefits of Pilates and apply those gains to their respective sports.
As a mother, my time for teaching in-person classes is limited. That’s one of the reasons I created this channel—to give people the opportunity to practice Pilates, get stronger, and improve their fitness, wherever they are, at a time that suits them best.
